Coventry Music Museum celebrating their 4th Birthday with Guest Star Vince Hill on Nov 4th!
I am truly delighted to be part of this year’s celebrations for The Coventry Music Museum’s 4th Birthday on Saturday, November 4th at Knights Wine Bar (beginning 12:00 Noon).
The museum is a wonderful tourist attraction for the local area and I greatly admire the work that Pete Chambers and his colleagues do to promote Coventry’s illustrious musical heritage.
I am very proud to have been born in Coventry; I also have very happy memories of being raised there and starting my singing career. I greatly admire the way my Home City has developed over the years so it is my sincerest wish that Coventry succeeds in its bid to be the UK City of Culture 2021. There is no doubt in my mind, that Coventry is a fantastic place to visit, with lots of interesting cultural events and things to do which of course includes visiting the Music Museum.
I am currently celebrating 55 years since I made my debut as a Solo Singer. I have a new greatest hits CD out now entitled ‘Legacy’ which will be available at the 4th Birthday event. As well as talking about my career with Pete I will also be doing a CD signing session for my album. I will be very pleased to see friends and fans old and new on the day.
I also hear the much-loved John Shuttleworth will be introducing me ahead of my Q&A singing his song, “Whatever Happened to Vince Hill?”.
A wristband can be purchased giving access to this event from the Coventry Music Museum. For their full contact details please visit their website at http://www.covmm.co.uk/2016/where-we-are/
With warmest regards,
