will usually dispatch within 3
Business Days from receiving a cleared PayPal
payment for your order.
UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's
2nd Class service. Please
allow between 3-16

via Royal Mail's International
service - please allow between 7-26
business days for delivery.
Please contact us if you have NOT
received your CD after the above
maximum delivery times.
You have the right to cancel at any time from
the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the
day you receive your order. You then have a further 14 days from the
date you notify us of your cancellation to return the order. You
will be given a full refund including the cost of standard delivery
The plastic wrap of our CD must not have been opened and should be in saleable condition. Credit will not be
issued where CDs have been opened or used.
You must notify us by email explaining that you
wish to cancel your order stating your full name and address.
You will be provided details of what to do.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of
loss or damage when returning the goods, so you
should package the CD/s well and take out enough
postal insurance to cover their value.
cancellation policy does not affect your rights when
we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.
These terms apply to your order. We may
change our terms and conditions at any time, so
please do not assume that the same terms will
apply in the future. None of these terms
affect your legal rights and these are not
diminished in any way. If any term is held to be
invalid under any applicable statute or rule of
law, that term is automatically omitted from the
terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with
the law and without affecting the validity or
enforceability of the remainder.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Please report within 24 hours of
receiving your order if it has
arrived damaged or is faulty -- we
will provide further instructions on
what to do. This policy includes
"Autographed CD Packages".
